Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1) By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2) The promoter is Green Man Trust, a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales (08365361) and a registered charity in England & Wales (1156453) with registered office at Old Bank House, Beaufort Street, Crickhowell, NP8 1AD.
Eligibility
3) Entry is permitted from anywhere in the world.
4) Anyone entering the prize draw accepts that in the event that they win a Prize, they are responsible for their own travel to and from the event (and that of their Guests), including complying with any visa requirements.
5) Entrants must be 18-years of age or over on 15 April 2025.
Entry Requirements and Entry Period
6) Paid entry to the prize draw is available via the Prize Draw page on Crowdfunder only.
7) For free entry by post to the prize draw, see clauses (25-27).
8) The prize draw opens on Monday 24 March 2025 and closes at 00:00 on Monday 14 April 2025 (the ‘Entry Period’). Any entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
9) Green Man Trust is not responsible for any delays in postal delivery by Royal Mail.
The Draw and The Prize Winners
10) The draw will take place on 15 April 2025 (the ‘Draw Date’).
11) Once the Entry Period is closed, each individual valid entry will be entered into the draw.
12) On the Draw Date the administrator of the draw (Green Man Trust) will use a random number generator to select three (3) Prize winners from the valid entries, plus six (6) additional entries for use as a reserve list in the event that the Prize winner(s) cannot be contacted in line with clause 16 below.
13) Multiple entries per person are permitted, but only one Prize per person will be given. For the avoidance of doubt, each entrant will only be entitled to one of the 3 Prizes, as listed in clause 18.
14) The first number to be drawn will win the First Prize as defined in clause 18(a), the second number to be drawn will win the Second Prize as defined in clause 18(b) and the third number to be drawn will win the Third Prize as defined in clause 18(c).
15) The Prize winners will be notified by email and/or first-class post within 5 days of the Draw Date.
16) In the event that a Prize winner does not make contact with Green Man Trust to claim their Prize within fourteen (14) days of the Draw Date, or is disqualified from the draw, Green Man Trust will allocate their Prize to one of the reserve list names (in priority order, starting with the 4th person identified in the Draw).
17) Green Man Trust’s decision as to the Prize winners is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Prizes
18) The Prizes are as follows (each ‘a Prize’):
a) First Prize: Entry to Green Man Festival 2025 for 4 people (14-17 August 2025). Tickets can be used by over and under 18s. Any under 18s must be accompanied by a person over 21 years old and will be asked for a photo ID upon entry. The prize includes access to the festival campsite but does not include travel, car parking passes, live-in vehicle passes or pre-pitched accommodation. The tickets allow the Winner and their Guests to attend the festival from Monday 11th August 2025 (Settlement) and the main event from 14-17 August 2025.
b) Second Prize: Limited edition screen-printed Green Man Festival 2024 poster signed by all the headliners: Sleaford Mods, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Explosions in the Sky, Big Thief, Sampha, The Mary Wallopers and The Orchestra (For Now). Framed not included.
c) Third Prize: Goodie bag with Green Man Festival merchandise (items subject to availability).
19) The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
20) The First Prize will be personalised to the named winner and Guests.
21) The First Prize winner and their Guests will be required to verify their identity as the named ticket holder in order to gain access to the event.
22) Tickets will be sent via email to the named winner
23) Entry to the festival is subject to the full Green Man’s Ticket Terms and Conditions of Entry.
24) The receipt by the winning entrant of any of the Prizes is conditional upon the winning entrant’s compliance with these rules. Winning entrants may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of these rules and other terms and conditions, consents or releases relating to the Prizes.
Postal Entry
25) Postal entrants may enter the promotion:
a) by mailing their full name and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) or other method of contact (as applicable), to the following postal address:
Green Man Trust, Old Bank House, Beaufort Street, Crickhowell NP8 1AD; and
b) by sending an entry within an envelope. Entries received other than in an envelope will not be accepted.
26) In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope, only one entry will be entered into the draw.
27) Entries sent by post;
a) must be received at the relevant postal address specified for entries by the end of the Entry Period as specified in Clause 8.
b) Entries which have not been given the correct and sufficient payment for postage will be invalid and will not be considered.
28) Personal and hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
General
29) Green Man Trust shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winner(s) if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Neither shall Green Man Trust be liable to the winner(s) for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw and/or the Prize, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of Green Man Trust.
30) Green Man Trust reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any stage. In this event, a notice will be posted on this page. Green Man Trust also reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
31) As a condition of entering the prize draw, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. Green Man Trust will not be liable in any way if any entrant enters the prize draw unlawfully.
32) Entrants may be required to participate in publicity without further consent or payment, such publicity including without limitation the entrant’s name, entry or any information provided by the entrant, including photographs and videos. This information may be used by Green Man Trust in any and all media, including but not limited to Green Man Trust’s social media platforms, in perpetuity as Green Man Trust may decide.
33) Any personal information collected by Green Man Trust in connection with a prize draw will be used in accordance with Green Man Trust’s Privacy Policy.
34) A list of winners can be requested by email to ‘info@greenmantrust.org.uk’ within thirty (30) days from the Draw Date.
35) Green Man Trust will make available information indicating that a Prize has been awarded under this draw. If you object to any or all of the information provided by you to enter the Draw and the winning entry being published or made available, please contact Green Man Trust at ‘info@greenmantrust.org.uk’. In such circumstances, Green Man Trust must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
36) This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
