Green Man Trust 2025 Raffle

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. By entering this raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are eligible to enter under the Gambling Act 2005.

1.2. The raffle is operated as a Small Society Lottery, registered with the relevant local authority, under the provisions of the Gambling Act 2005.

1.3. The promoter is Green Man Trust, a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales (Company No. 08365361) and a registered charity (Charity No. 1156453), with its registered office at Old Bank House, Beaufort Street, Crickhowell, NP8 1AD.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering. ID may be requested at the time of purchase.

2.2. The raffle is open to UK residents only and entries may only be made in person at official Green Man Festival shops between Monday 11th August and 5:00pm on Sunday 18th August 2025.

2.3. Entry is not open to employees or immediate family members of Green Man Trust or its affiliates involved in the organisation of this raffle.

3. Entry & Ticket Information

3.1. Tickets cost £2.50 each, or five for £10.00.

3.2. Tickets can only be purchased in person at designated Green Man Festival shops. Postal entries are not permitted.

3.3. Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. No credit will be given.

3.4. No person may purchase more than £100 worth of tickets.

3.5. Raffle ticket sales close strictly at 5:00pm on Sunday 18th August 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.

4. The Draw

4.1. The draw will take place at Green Man Festival on Sunday 18th August 2025.

4.2. Winners will be selected at random using a random number generator or blind draw.

4.3. The draw will be conducted by the Green Man Trust or its nominated representative.

4.4. Winners will be notified by email and/or text message using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase.

5. Prizes

The prizes are as follows:

  • 1st Prize – 4 Settlers tickets to Green Man 2026

  • 2nd Prize – A selection of records signed by this year’s artists

  • 3rd Prize – Limited edition poster signed by this year’s headliners

  • 4th & 5th Prizes – Hamper of Welsh beers & ciders

  • 6th & 7th Prizes – Goodie bag with GM25 merchandise

  • 8th & 9th Prizes – 10 tickets for Green Man Rising 2026

5.1. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.2. Alcohol prizes (Welsh beer & cider hampers) may only be claimed by winners aged 18 or over, and valid ID must be presented at delivery.

5.3. All prizes are subject to availability and Green Man Trust reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

6. Claiming Prizes

6.1. Winners will be contacted via the email and/or phone number provided at the time of ticket purchase within 5 days of the draw.

6.2. If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within 14 days, Green Man Trust reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.

6.3. Green Man Trust’s decision regarding all aspects of the raffle is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Liability

7.1. Green Man Trust accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete.

7.2. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, Green Man Trust will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of participating in the raffle or accepting a prize.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and contacting winners and will be processed in accordance with Green Man Trust’s Privacy Policy.

8.2. A list of winners’ surnames and counties may be made available upon request, in line with the Gambling Commission’s transparency requirements. If you wish to object to your surname and county being published, please inform us at the time of ticket purchase.

9. Regulatory Information

9.1. This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 under a Small Society Lottery registration with [insert name of local authority, if known].

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
